本是Unit 4最后一個教學(xué)內(nèi)容，屬于閱讀。的內(nèi)容是關(guān)于電在生活
里的運(yùn)用，是對Reading A的一個拓展。根據(jù)學(xué)生在單元前面內(nèi)容的掌握情況，我們這節(jié)的教學(xué)思路是：首先，學(xué)生口頭回顧電的、電進(jìn)入各家各戶的流程、電可以轉(zhuǎn)換的能量形式;然后，學(xué)生帶著一個問題去閱讀第一段，找出中心句(電為人們的生活帶便利和快樂);接著，學(xué)生閱讀全，找出電具體為我們的生活做了那些事(找出動詞完成句子)并全面理解意思;最后，學(xué)生根據(jù)表格復(fù)述大意。如果時間允許，學(xué)生還可以結(jié)合生活實(shí)際談?wù)勅绾喂?jié)省用電(用上must,mustnt,也是對 Language的一個復(fù)習(xí)鞏固)。
本教學(xué)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生運(yùn)用跳讀找中心句，細(xì)讀找具體信息的閱讀策略。并充分發(fā)揮ore Practice 這的復(fù)習(xí)功能，幫助學(xué)生回顧整個單元的中心話題，并且達(dá)到深入、細(xì)致表達(dá)的作用，對本單元的話題有進(jìn)一步的輸入和輸出。
五.教學(xué)目標(biāo)
重點(diǎn)：
1. 掌握并能夠運(yùn)用以下單詞：invention, convenience, almost, hard, imagine, failure, electric, traffic, lift, electrical
2.能夠采取跳讀和細(xì)讀的策略理解中心和細(xì)節(jié)信息，能根據(jù)表格口頭復(fù)述電在人們生活中的作用，最后是提出節(jié)省電的建議。
3. 通過小組活動提升與人團(tuán)結(jié)合作的能力。
難點(diǎn)：理解名詞形容詞當(dāng)做動詞使用
